Day 2 of the Kindness Elves

Elf Elsa was waiting for Asher when he woke up this morning, with instructions to treat a stranger to a cup of hot chocolate.  We called an audible and brought hot chocolate to mommy's nurse instead, but we still accomplished the mission.
