In April, Dad kept us all on our toes by having a little bit of a cardiac event... a SCAD that led to a heart attack. Thankfully he is fully on the path of cardiac recovery and doing beautifully. His heart was otherwise in perfect shape (only Cardiac ICU patient able to order bacon for breakfast and discharged with permission to drink bourbon) and this was a random fluke. Random or not, it was a reminder of how precious life is and to hold the people you love close. We love you dad 💕
