The Food of Hawaii (you can easily do it egg-free!)

Tofu scrambles and kale smoothies for breakfast.

Seaweed and poke (raw tuna) for snacks.

Pineapple fried rice.

Shrimp truck and shaved ice.

Ben and I spent New Years Eve, which was 10 years to the day that we've known each other, watching Moana and eating green curry. The best.

Ben's favorite place in Hawaii (to eat): Haleiwa Bowls.

What became fish tacos. By adding some avocado and cabbage.

Grilled Mahi Mahi.

My favorite named beer (or anything) of all time: P@#*& Grabs Back IPA.

I was responsible for babysitting the boys shaved ice while they went to the bathroom. With strict instructions not to take bites.

Last night: enough with the seaweed, raw fish, and fruit. We were craving some Minnesota food and grilled burgers and fries. It was amaaaaaazing.
