Snorkeling at Sharks Cove

Morning beach walk.

Sharks Cove was an amazing snorkeling spot just ten minutes up the road. We saw beautiful fish and then Ben spotted a sea turtle, and we were able to snorkel with him for about 45 minutes, floating about ten feet away from him, watching him snack on the coral. It was possibly the most magical hour of my life- other than the things I should say, like the births of my children and yada yada yada (...sea turtle wins by a landslide).

Sea Turtle Spotted!

The littlest snorkeler.

Making our way across the rocks... some of us more independently than others :)

Pretending our kids weren't screaming ten minutes ago about "having" to go into the water. HAVING to go into the PERFECT water.

Watching surfers.

Then on the way home, we pulled over to see this ol' girl who had washed herself up on shore at Laniakea Beach.

Goodnight, beach.
