Happy Birthday Boober!
In addition to Mallory's birthday, yesterday was Earth Day. We had friends over to eat dirt cups, picnic, and play outside.
And we experienced an Earth Day miracle: a GIANT desert toad someone stumbled into our backyard (poor guy had no idea what he was signing up for...). The kids were enthralled, and wanted to touch it and make it hop. Of course I had to mutter under my breath to another mom "nothing like a little animal abuse on Earth Day" once the poking and prodding went too far (you can hear me wrapping up the toad torture in the video), but it was a lot of fun to experience 'nature' in our desert home.
And yes, that is Asher's crazy laugh in the beginning...
