Congratulations Caleb & Allie!

Allie & Caleb are married!  Their wedding on the north shore was absolutely stunning, you couldn't have planned the way mother nature enveloped the occasion any better than how it played out.  The morning of the wedding there was a gentle drizzle which gave the rocky shoreline a classic, haunted look that is no doubt going to make for some incredibly gorgeous photos (by wedding photographer extraordinaire Anne Ingman).  It was during their ceremony, right before they said their "I will's" that the sun broke through the clouds for the first time that day (everyone gasped and the bride's father threw his hands in the air).  And at the bonfire we ate pizza and smores as fog rolled in off the lake.  It was a beautiful weekend.

Out of respect for the bride and groom, I'm withholding actual wedding pictures, we'll let them share those :)  But I do have some shots that are worth sharing.  Thank you to Caleb, Allie, Jim, Karen, Cyndi, & Dave for a great weekend!

How do you not buy the toddler-sized canoe paddle at the Grand Marais trading post?
