Melissa and I braved the Minnesota heat and humidity and ran our first 10k today.
And we made it!
"Stretching"
The two people running behind us in this picture are seasoned marathon runners. They have been running races together every year for 22 years now. Lucky for us, they were soon leading us and very entertaining as they were able to chit chat non-stop the whole way.
Brewery runs are the very best, such nice people, such cold beer!
